Herewith below are the terms and conditions by which the Aravel range of products are supplied to you. These terms will outline for you all that you will need to know about purchasing from us, on line, at aravel-sandals.com

 Our ProductsAravel Sandals are entirely handmade. In producing them we are using only the best of materials. Our natural vegetable tanned Vacchetta leathers will in time darken naturally through exposure to sunlight. This darkening of the leather is a natural process of the leather and is not in any way considered a defect. As with any natural product the leather will have natural markings, these imperfections too are not in any way a defect but are a testament to the beauty of a natural product. The images we provide through Aravel-Sandals.com, of both our products and packaging, are for illustrative purposes only and though we work extremely hard to portray product colouring accurately, there may be slight variations on differing devices, which in turn may alter an absolute colour match. 

Placing an order on-line with Aravel Sandals implies full and complete acceptance of the following General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which, are available to you at any time of the purchasing process. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale constitute the sole agreement between the parties and supersede any other document.

Acceptance of your order; once we have received your order and, on acceptance by us, we will send you a confirmation e-mail accepting your order .The same date as our confirmation e-mail to you (to purchase from us ) will become the conclusion of the agreement. The acceptance of your order by us though does not automatically guarantee delivery.  In the unlikely situation in which we are unable to fulfill your order, either due to your choice of product not being available or we have not been able to verify the billing address provided to us, or, for any other unforeseen circumstance, we will either reimburse you the amount received or, not apply any charge to your chosen method of payment.

Methods of Payment; we accept Visa –MasterCard – American Express and Pay-Pal. All purchases are made with complete security. We do not store payments details on our website, they are stored on the secured bank website. As an extra layer of security we confirm that the billing address matches the card address and reserve the right to request additional information or documents if there is a difference in both addresses, so as to confirm your purchase, and then dispatch your order. The payment amount will be processed in the currency in which you have chosen to purchase.

Delivery & Shipping; after our confirmation of product availability and confirmation of payment from you, we will aim to have orders delivered to addresses in the EU and the UK within 5 to 7 business days. To addresses in the US and the Rest of the World within 8 to 12 business days. On special Made to Order – within 15 -20 business days. Should there be any unforeseen delays we will notify you by email. We are not able to deliver to PO Boxes. Shipping costs; to the EU – €9, to the -UK € 12, to the US- € 15 and to the Rest of the World- €20.
Taxes and Duties; All prices are inclusive of VAT. Purchases being sent outside the EU may be subject to a local sales tax or customs fee. These possible charges are the responsibility of the purchase receiver. All international orders will be shipped via UPS and will require a signature upon delivery.

Returns & Exchanges;  Aravel Sandals has a 14 calendar day’s returns policy for all Aravel products purchased through the Aravel-Sandals.com web site.

In the first instance all returns need to be communicated in writing to; customercare@aravelsandals.com within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

We will then supply you with a confirmation code and return form to complete and return to us together with the item. Included in which will be instructions on how to return your order.

 Please ensure that the return of the item to us, is within a maximum of 14 calendar days after your notification to us of the item you intend to return.

Please let us know the reason for wanting to return the item and whether your preference is for an exchange or a refund. In either case (refund or exchange) for the item to be accepted back by us it will need to be returned to us in the very same condition that it was received by you. That is to say unworn and undamaged.

To ensure the items original new and unused state please make sure that when trying on the sandals you do so on a dry protected soft surface that will avoid scratching the sole.

 Any item returned incomplete, used, damaged or sullied may not be exchanged or returned. 

Also please make sure the item is sent back to us in the original packaging with all original ticketing together with a copy of the invoice.

Once your return is received by us and accepted as a return, in line with our Returns Policy, we will send you a confirmation email. UPS is our approved returns service with proof of collection and insurance provided.

If your Aravel product purchases were not through the Aravel–Sandals website please refer back to the original retailer for their returns,refund and exchange policy.

Made to order Aravel Sandals that are uniquely designed to your own specifications and, items purchased as a ‘Sale’ item are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

Our terms and conditions may change periodically to reflect changes in the law or for other reasons. The most current version of our terms will always be displayed on this website.
