Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY

Shipping costs and delivery lead times for your order.
After confirmation of product availability orders will be delivered to addresses in the EU and the UK within 5 to 7 business days of placing your order. To addresses in the US and the rest of the world we aim for your order to be delivered within 8 to 12 business days. On special Made-To-Order please allow between 15 to 20 business days for your order to arrive in all available locations.

All orders are shipped from our factory in The Republic of Cyprus via UPS. The status of your delivery can be verified and monitored using the UPS tracking number we shall provide you with.

Regrettably at this time we are unable to accept orders to the Ukraine, Belarus and Russia,  as services to these countries are currently suspended. We hope to resume deliveries to these  territories just as soon as practically possible.

We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Delivery within the EU: € 9
Delivery to the UK: € 12
Delivery to the US: € 15
Delivery to the rest of the world: € 20

TAXES & DUTIES

Items shipped outside the European Union may be subject to local sales taxes and / or customs fees, which may be charged on the delivery of your order. These possible charges are neither covered nor reimbursed by Aravel and remain the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Aravel has a 14 calendar day’s returns policy for all Aravel products purchased through Aravel-sandals.com. In the first place kindly communicate all returns in writing to us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. We will then supply you with a confirmation code and return form to complete and return to us together with the item. Included in which will be instructions on how to return your order.

Please ensure that the return of the item to us, is within a maximum of 14 calendar days after your notification to us of the item you intend to return.

Please let us know the reason for wanting to return the item and whether your preference is for an exchange or a refund.

In either case (refund or exchange) for the item to be accepted back by us it will need to be returned to us in the very same condition that it was received by you. That is to say unworn and undamaged. To ensure the items original new and unused state please make sure that when trying on the sandals you do so on a dry protected soft surface that will avoid scratching the sole. Also kindly make sure the item is sent back to us in the original packaging with all original ticketing.

Once your return is received by us and accepted as a return, in line with our Returns Policy, we will send you a confirmation email.

UPS is our approved returns service with proof of collection and insurance provided.

EXCHANGES

Changing size

We can exchange an item for a more suitable size but this would be subject to stock availability. Changing size is available as a service for one time per order only. If you do receive an exchange that is still unwanted it will need to be returned for a refund and the ordering process initiated again for the preferred size.

In all cases items returned will need to be verified by us as undamaged and unused before an exchange or a refund can apply.

Changing colour or style

To exchange for either a different colour or style we would ask you to return your purchase for a refund and start the ordering process over again for your preferred item.

In the first instance please notify us in writing at; customercare@aravelsandals.com about the exchange you would like to make.

For Refunds

Refunds can only be made to the original purchaser and, to the account the purchase was made through, and only in the same method of payment made to purchase. Refunds are subject to the condition of the item being new, unused and undamaged and will be made no later than 14 days after we’ve received the item back from you. With the rare exception of a manufactured faulty item refunds are made excluding delivery and return shipping charges that apply.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Our returns policy includes Free Returns and we will send you a pre-paid returns label for your convenience and a hassle- free service.

MADE TO ORDER

As your customised Made-To-Order Aravel Sandals are uniquely designed to your own individual specifications, Aravels returns and exchange policy can not apply.

Consequently custom made items are excluded from your Right to Withdrawal and your Right to Exchange.
