PLACING AN ORDER

Placing an order is easy and very straight forward, please follow these steps below:

  1. Choose the product category of your choice and then select the item you are interested in by clicking on the image. This will direct you to the product page.
  2. Select your chosen size before clicking on the ADD TO BAG button.
  3. Review the items you’ve selected by clicking on ‘MY BAG’. If you should need to delete an item.

Aravel Sandals come in EU / Italian sizing.

After you’ve placed your order we will send you a confirmation email. We will send a second email on the dispatch of your order to you. If there is anything that may need verifying prior to dispatching, our customer care team will get in touch with you.

Once confirmed an order cannot be cancelled, you can though return the order once received, as outlined in our Returns Policy.

PAYMENT & ACCOUNT

We can accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.

All your payment information received by us is transmitted by you under a secure SSL-encrypted server. We can never see or have access to your payment details.

Aravel can accept payment in any of the three major currencies. The Euro, US Dollar or British Pound. Press on the currency icon of your choice for whichever of the three currencies is most suitable for you to purchase in.

All prices are inclusive of VAT. We are unable to provide tax refunds for purchases made on Aravel-sandals.com. If you have placed your order outside the EU it may be subject to import / customs duty that you may need to pay on delivery. Each Country has a different policy on this and for more information please contact your local customs office.

There is no pre-requisite of opening an account to either place an order or organise returns. There are though several benefits to opening an account in terms of being notified of specials, new season products and sale items.

To create your on-line shop account with Aravel, please enter your email address to register, which will become your login, as well as other information required.

Information received by us from you is only used in the context of our transactions. No information will ever be shared or resold to any third parties.

DELIVERY

It would be possible to modify your shipping address details up to the point of sending.

We are shipping globally via UPS from our factory in the Republic of Cyprus and the shipping rates are as follows;
Delivery within the EU: € 9
Delivery to the UK: € 12
Delivery to the US: € 15
Delivery to the rest of the world: € 20

Regrettably shipping to a P.O. Box address is not possible.

Delivery will require an adult signature for security reasons. Please contact us if you will be unavailable to sign for your delivery.

If you have not received your delivery by the stated deadline and there has been no non-delivery notice, you should firstly check on line at the UPS official web site by using the tracking number we will have sent you. You can also contact us at customercare@aravel-sandals.com and we shall further look into it for you.

If you have placed your order outside the EU it may be subject to import / customs duty that you may need to pay on delivery. Each Country has a different policy on this and for more information please contact your local customs office.

We are delivering globally via UPS

Regrettably at this time we are unable to accept orders to the Ukraine, Belarus and Russia, as delivery services to these countries are currently suspended. We hope to resume deliveries to these territories just as soon as practically possible.

Yes, just as soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email along with your unique tracking number. You may use this number to track your order online. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Absolutely, your Rights to Withdraw and your Rights to Exchange are enshrined into law known as your Statutory Rights. Please see our Refund and Exchange policies and procedures here.

In the first place please send an email to us at customercare@aravelsandals.com
together with your order number and reason for the return or exchange, with images where necessary and indicating the preference for either a refund or an exchange. We will supply you with a confirmation code and then arrange for your item to be returned to us and a return shipping label sent to you with instructions on how to make arrangements for a collection. Please see our returns and exchange policy here in full.

If your purchase has been made directly at Aravel-Sandals.com
please contact us directly with your order number, details of the fault and images. We will then assess and advise how best to proceed with regards to the return of your item to us. If you’ve purchased the product from any other on-line company or retail store please refer back to the original retailer who will resolve the situation directly for you.

Yes you may return a ‘sale’ purchased item in the same way as described above and in our returns and exchange policy here in full.

If your item has been received either faulty or in error with regards to the content, please contact us firstly on; customercare@aravelsandals.com to request a return. In this case Aravel will cover the return cost. If your decision to return is either from a change of mind or your preference is for an exchange, the UPS return charges that may apply are;

From the EU  € 9
From the UK  € 12
From the USA € 20
From the ROW € 25

Yes your refund will be less the original cost of sending you the item. (Except for under the very rare circumstances whereby you have received a faulty item, in which case the refund will include the original shipping cost.)

As your customised Made-To-Order Aravel Sandals are uniquely designed to your own individual specifications, Aravels returns and exchange policy can not apply.
Consequently custom made items are excluded from your Right to Withdrawal and your Right to Exchange.

Refunds will be made in up to 14 days after we’ve received the item back from you and confirmation that the item has been received as new.
Confirmation also of a refund will be sent to you after the refund has been made. Please see here the criteria for accepting items back for a refund.

Refunds will be transacted back using the same method of payment as when payment was made. Refunds can only be made back to the original card holder. In the case of a gift being returned either the original gift purchaser can be refunded or a credit note can be offered to the receiver of the gift voucher. It is possible within the first 48 hours after purchasing to either cancel or make an amendment to your order. After 48 hours though it will not be possible to make a change and payment will be taken in full for your order.
